You’ll walk away with a toolkit of labor positions, a clear understanding of the hospital process, and a partner who is confident in comfort measures.
The Labor Rehearsal - $150.00

At the end of this session, your support person will feel like an expert labor "support tool" and the birthing parent feeling physically prepared.
The Empowering Birth Refresher - $150.00
Duration: 3 hours.
Location: from the comfort of your home.
This is a specialized offering for second (or third!) time parents. During this course, we will process your previous birth(s), brush up on physical skills, and plan for the logistical shift of adding a sibling.
The Empowering Birth Prep - $350.00
Duration: 6 hours. This time can be split up to fit your schedule best if needed.
