Emotional Support: I provide a safe space to process your birth story and offer expert screening for postpartum mood shifts, ensuring that you never feel alone during your journey.
Physical Restoration: Your body has just run a marathon. I will prioritize your rest and nutrition, helping you to navigate your physical recovery with evidence-based guidance.
Expert Feeding Guidance: Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a mix of both, I will help guide you with hands-on (or virtual) education dependent on your situation.
I will encourage you and your partner on your new journey with your little one, no matter what life has in store for you.
4th Trimester Custom Package
Unlimited talk/text from time of signing.
Daytime only support.
$50 per hour.

The Refresher Package - $400.00
Unlimited talk/text support from time of signing.
In-Person Prenatal Visit: visit will be 3 hours, covering postpartum recovery and infant care. Will be completed before 37 weeks.
Postpartum Visits: 2 total visits starting 1 week from delivery. Each visit will be 2 -4 hours depending on your needs.
Postpartum visits are daytime only. Max 4 hours per visit. Max 8 hours total.
Partner Support: one 30-minute phone call to answer questions or concerns for newborn care and/or postpartum support.
Unlimited infant feeding support and education.
The Golden Month Package - $800.00
Unlimited talk/text support from time of signing.
In-Person Prenatal Visit: 2 visits total. Each visit will cover its own topic including postpartum recovery and infant care. Each visit will be 2 hours, both to be completed before 37 weeks.
In-Person Postpartum Visits: 8 total visits starting 1 week from delivery and continue twice a week for the first four weeks. Each visit well be 2-4 hour depending on your needs.
Postpartum visits are daytime only. Max 4 hours per visit. Max 16 hours total.
Partner Support: one 30-minute phone call to answer questions or concerns for newborn care and/or postpartum support.
Unlimited infant feeding support and education.
The Nurtured Nest Package - $1,800.00
Unlimited talk/text support from time of signing.
In-Person Prenatal Planning Visits: 2 visits total. Each visit will cover its own topic including a mini childbirth class, postpartum recovery and newborn care. Each visit will be 2-4 hours. All visits to be completed by 37 weeks.
Bi-Weekly In-Person Visits (12 Visits Total): Two visits per week for the first 6 weeks. In person visits will be 2-4 hours depending on your needs.
Postpartum visits are daytime only. Max 4 hours per visit. Max 48 hours total.
Partner Support: one 30-minute phone call to answer questions or concerns for newborn care and/or postpartum support.
Unlimited infant feeding support and evidence-based education.
